Newborn Care 101 Class

Come with all of your questions and leave with a little peace of mind! Our newborn care 101 class is a 2-3 hour educational experience covering baby care basics such as feeding cues, swaddling, soothing techniques, diapering, safe sleep, and creating a simple daily routine.

Ideal for first-time parents or those needing a refresher.

Virtual Private Class - $50

The virtual newborn care class offers flexible, convenient learning from the comfort of your home while still providing personalized guidance, real-time Q&A, and tailored support as we walk through your baby care essentials and preparations together.

In-Person Private Class – $100

The in-Person Private Session offers the added benefit of hands-on guidance, allowing us to review your baby care essentials and nursery setup.

In-Person Group Class - $75/couple

The in-person group class is a great environment for parents to ask all the questions and make connections with other new parents in the community.

Feeding Support

A focused consultation to support breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, combo feeding, or navigating formula options. Includes guidance on latch, feeding positions, feeding schedules, and troubleshooting common concerns.

Perfect for parents needing nonjudgmental, evidence-based support - whether it’s day one or week six.
